MIDF Reaches Out To Underprivileged Students in Kota Tinggi
Monday, 4 February 2008 Fifty underprivileged children from poor families in Kota Tinggi were overjoyed to receive various school kits and cash worth RM 600 each from MIDF. Johor Education Director Tuan Haji Mokhy Saidon and MIDF Group Managing Director Encik Mohd. Najib Hj. Abdullah presented the goodies to the children, aged between eight and eleven at an event held at Dewan Jubli Intan. A motivational talk by a celebrity figure, Dr. Ahmad Fadzli was also organised as part of the CSR programme during the event. About 150 primary school students, who are preparing for the upcoming Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR), attended the motivational talk session. |
