MIDF Launched its First Charity Study Corner
Saturday, 5 January 2008 MIDF in collaboration with Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) launched its first study corner at Perumahan Awam Sri Sabah 3A as part of its Corporate Social Responsibilities efforts. Launched by Mayor of Kuala Lumpur, the study corner was established with the objective to create conducive studying environment in a move to help improve academic performance of the children in the community. The study corner, which was originally an existing flat unit, was fully renovated and converted into a conducive study area by MIDF, complete with facilities like new furniture including study chairs and tables bookshelves, reference books, air conditioning and equipped with personal computers. |
