The Management Associates Programme is to nurture future leaders of the MIDF Group. The 6 months programme offers excellent training and development opportunities on a fast-track basis.

The Management Associates (MAs) will be exposed to product and technical knowledge briefing with project-based assignments in the core business of the Group, in both front and back office. MAs will also be required to participate as a member of cross-functional teams to drive corporate improvement projects.
