The Job :

• Identify and develop business opportunities on corporate finance related transactions.
• Assist in corporate exercises including fund raising, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate restructuring.
• Prepare and formulate corporate proposal and discussion papers, relevant announcements and applications to the authorities in relations to corporate exercises for customers.
• Contribute to increasing the shareholders’ value of our customers via successful implementation of proposed corporate finance exercises.

Requirement :

• A degree in Accounting, Finance,, Economics or other professional qualification.
• Possess Securities Commission CMSRL license in advising corporate finance is a must whilst certified as a Qualified Senior Personnel (QSP) is an added advantage.
