About Amanah Millenia Fund Berhad (“AMFB”)

AMFB is a closed-end fund listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). The principal investment objective of the Company is to achieve long-term capital appreciation of its assets through investment in securities of companies listed on Bursa Securities. In addition, up to thirty percent of the Company’s NAV may be invested in securities of companies listed on other stock exchanges located in the Region (defined as Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea).
