MIDFCCS INTRODUCES “CO-OP SYSTEM”
Kuala Lumpur, 28 May 2009– MIDF Consultancy and Corporate Services Sendirian Berhad (MIDFCCS) has entered into an agreement with Koperasi Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (KOPRAHA) on the provision of a computerised system targeted towards cooperatives known as “Co-op System”. This will be MIDFCCS’s maiden appointment for the “Co-op System” which comprises 5 modules covering Register of Members, Transfer, AGM/EGM, Dividend, and Bonus Payouts.
MIDFCCS has over 30 years of experience in the Share Registration Industry. It had previously provided Share Registration Services to more than 100 public listed and unlisted clients since the 1960s.
MIDFCCS has developed its own in-house IT system which has the capacity and capability to support more than 1 million shareholders at any one time. With the existing system, MIDFCCS is able to customise the needs of each co-operative based on its long experience in the share registration industry with emphasis on customer service.
MIDF Consultancy and Corporate Services Sendirian Berhad (MIDFCCS) was incorporated on 18 November 1971 under the name of MIDF Industrial Consultants Sdn Bhd (MIDFIC). The primary activities of MIDFCCS are issuing house services for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), share registration services, underwriting services for IPOs and authorised bond depository.
MIDFCCS also provides a comprehensive range of services for share issuance which includes distribution of share application forms and prospectus, balloting of share applications as well as process Employees/Directors allotment, private placement and Bumiputera Investors allotment.
MIDFCCS provides a full range of Share Registration services for companies listed on Bursa Malaysia and the Malaysian Exchange Securities and Automated Quotation Berhad (MESDAQ).
MIDFCCS assumed its present form on 24 February 1983 and is the pioneering issuing house and share registrar in Malaysia.
