INVESTMENT GUIDELINES

- Companies to provide a comprehensive business summary or a business plan (if available) for preliminary evaluation;
- As investment criterias are met, a meeting to be arranged for business presentation and deliberation of the business plan; and
- A comprehensive business plan to be furnished, if that is not provided earlier, for further evaluation.

The business plan should cover, amongst others, the Company’s Background & Business Activities, Management, Industry & Market Dynamics, Business Model, Technology Employed, Value Proposition and Revenue Model aspects.
