MIDF Consultancy and Corporate Services Sendirian Berhad (MIDFCCS) was incorporated on 18 November, 1971 under the name of MIDF Industrial Consultants Sdn Bhd (MIDFIC).

Following the transfer of Securities Marketing Division of MIDF to MIDFIC, MIDFCCS assumed its present form on 24 February, 1983 and is the pioneer issuing house and share registrar in Malaysia.
