Azlan Hussin is the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”)/Executive Director (“ED”) of MIDF Amanah Asset Management Berhad (“MIDF Amanah”). He joined MIDF Amanah on 2nd January 2013 as its Chief Investment Officer and was appointed as CEO/ED of MIDF Amanah on 21st January 2013. He graduated from Southbank University of London with honours degree in Accounting and Finance and also a graduate of Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA) from Emile Woolf College, London. Encik Azlan has more than 15 years working experience in the fund management industry and was previously attached to RHB Investment Management Sdn Bhd as Head of Investment since 2007.

Mohamed Sany Zainudin (Fund Manager), obtained his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance (Honours) and Bachelor of Science in Business Management (Honours) degrees from the University of Southern New Hampshire (formerly known as New Hampshire College) in 1989. He joined Amanah Merchant Bank Berhad as an Investment Analyst in 1990, doing research on the Malaysian and global economics, equity markets and companies. He was transferred to the Treasury Department to manage the Merchant bank’s in-house fund for 2 years before managing funds for external clients in the Investment Department for 5 years. He joined MIDF Amanah in 1999. He qualified as a Certified Financial Planner in 2003. He holds a CMSRL issued by the SC under the Act.

Samania Osman (Fund Manager, Fixed Income) joined MIDF Amanah Asset Management Berhad in March 2013. She has over 20 years of working experience in the financial and fund management industry. She has vast knowledge and experience both in fixed income and equity market operations as well as money market and fixed income dealing. Prior to joining MIDF, she was a Senior Manager of Fixed Income in RHB Investment Management Sdn Bhd (RHBIM). Her primary roles among others are actively managing the designated fixed income portfolios. She also involves in strategic and tactical portfolio strategy and execution for the respective funds under managements. She was an Assistant Manager, Fixed Income Dealing in Prudential Fund Management Sdn Bhd prior to joining RHBIM, where she co-managed the cash management funds and dealing primarily in the goverment securities, treasury bills and corporate bonds. She was also responsible in managing the liquidity and passive management of the feeder funds.

Prior to that, she was a Senior Executive in SBB Asset Management, where her primary roles were dealing in money market and corporate bonds. Other key roles include monitoring of compliance and investment limits. She started her career in Aseambankers mainly involced in various task in back office operation, fund accounting and securities administration.

She obtained and holds the Capital Market Services Representative License since 2005

Azlina Abdul Aziz (Fund Manager, Equity) joined MIDF Amanah Asset Management Berhad in March 2013. She has more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry including 10 years in fund management. Prior to joining MIDF she was a fund manager with RHB Investment Management (RHBIM) for 8 years. During her tenure there, she managed both equity and balance portfolios with a total value of RM450mil for various types of clients namely institutions, state funds, unit trusts and high net-worth individuals. Before RHBIM, she was a fund manager with Maybank Investment Management managing primarily high net-worth individuals. She graduated in 1996 from Ball State University, USA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Acturial Science.

She obtained and holds the Capital Market Services Representative License since 2001

Sim Eu Jin (Analyst), graduated from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management (Honors). He first started his career with a foreign Islamic bank dealing with SME and other commersial loans. In 2010, he joined OSK Investment Bank as a Senior Associate managing a growing team of sales and equities dealers. He joined MIDF Amanah Asset Management Bhd in June 2011 as a Research Analyst in Equities. He holds a CMSRL issued by the SC under the Act.
