The enhanced reputation will increase public recognition, as well as the confidence of investors and government agencies, indirectly translating into financial growth of the company.

To assist and realise the national agenda in developing human capital, especially in the area of Development Finance. Apart from developing human capital, MIDF will offer a conducive workplace incorporating equal opportunities for employment, work-life balance and career advancement.

To create awareness on natural resources and environment conservation. MIDF also embraces corporate governance and adopts ethical business policy, which outlines the company’s position on being socially responsible in investing and financing, including its decision not to finance weapon deals of oppressive governments, and projects detrimental to the environment.
These objectives are in line with the guiding principles in the Silver Book on contributions to society, which emphasise on efficiency in supplying goods and services to customers, provision of conducive working environment for employees, further enhancement of contributions to society and funding development through corporate tax contributions.
