Al-Ijarah Thumma Al-Bai (AITAB) is a type of lease contract, which concludes with the purchase of the asset, in which the legal title of the leased asset will be passed to the Hirer at the end or at the completion of the rental period. The asset comprises of Machinery, Equipment, Software and Hardware or Motor Vehicles which are Non-Hire Purchase Act goods.
