Jasmine Voo

Jasmine Voo is a Director in the Capital Projects & Infrastructure team at PwC Malaysia. She has extensive experience in financial research and analysis, covering both qualitative and quantitative angles across the infrastructure sectors including the water sector. Prior to joining PwC, she was the Malaysian lead for mobility and real estate investments in the South East Asian region for SK Group performing commercial feasibility studies covering strategy, operational and financial perspectives in the infrastructure space including utilities. She has a personal interest in social equity and thrives in helping organisations achieve sustainability goals. She is currently spearheading and driving the ESG agenda in PwC Malaysia through her role in strategy and transformation, with a specific focus on sustainability in the public and private sectors. 

Within this space, she led several engagements, including leading a project for a Federal agency in the utility sector including wastewater as part of a transformation strategy covering benchmarking, tariff reviews, financial feasibility, and proposed tariffs, overall lead for a State water Ministry / Agency for the restructuring of the water sector and setting up of a Body Corporate for State Water Authority covering strategy, financial, operations, digital and human resources and leading a major utility organisation’s engagement covering strategy validation and recommendations to future proof business expansion which includes water desalination projects and marine waste. She was a speaker at the Water Supply Agency Retreat in Kuching, Sarawak (2022) focusing on sustainability in water. 

Jasmine holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), United Kingdom.
