MIDF Group aspires to achieve the highest standards of integrity in the conduct of its business and operations.
Our Gifts and Corporate Hospitality Policy ensures that employees adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct in giving or accepting gifts or corporate hospitality.

General Principles.

The following principles should be applied at all times. MIDF employees are not to offer, accept, or provide gifts or corporate hospitality under the following circumstances:
  • If there is a conflict of interest situation
  • If you know or suspect it to be improper or illegal
  • If the gifts or corporate hospitality is lavish or excessive*, taking into account the local culture and norms.
  • From parties currently engaged in tender, competitive exercise or contract negotiation
  • Comes with a direct/indirect suggestion for expected or desirable outcome
  • During periods of important decisions regarding award or retention of business, are being made
  • Which is in violation of the Group’s Code of Conduct, ABC Policy or any local or foreign anti-bribery laws
