MIDF Group’s Whistleblowing Policy.

MIDF Group provides an avenue for employees and members of the public to raise their concerns regarding any malpractice or unlawful activities that exists within the organisation.

Confidential Informant Identity.

All information disclosed in relation to improper conduct such as the identity of the person committing the conduct and the identity of the whistleblower (including occupation, residential or work address or whereabouts) will be deemed and dealt with in a confidential manner. Disclosures received under anonymity are allowed but not encouraged. The Company reserves the right, but it not obliged, to investigate into any anonymous disclosure depending on the nature, severity, and the facts of the allegations in the disclosure made. As long as the disclosure is made in good faith, a whistleblower will be accorded with protection under the Whistleblowing Policy.

How Do I Whistleblow?

Submit your concerns using any of the following reporting channels. Any disclosures emailed to whistleblowing@midf.com.my can only be accessed by MIDF's Head of Integrity & Governance, Group Compliance.

The report/disclosure may be submitted in writing in a sealed envelope marked "CONFIDENTIAL" addressed to:

Details and Nature of Allegation

When and Where the Misconduct Took Place

Other Relevant Information

Any Available supporting evidence
