MIDF, SME Corp, MPUKP Hulu Langat Distributed Emergency Funds To SMEs
On 22 August 2022, MIDF and SME Corp joined Majlis Pembangunan Ushahawan & Koperasi Parlimen (MPUKP) Hulu Langat in a Majlis Penyerahan Dana Kecemasan PKS (SMEEF 2.0) which was held at Institut Kemahiran Tinggi Belia Negara (IKTBN) Hulu Langat, Selangor. The event was held for 126 successful applicants of the SME Emergency Fund 2.0 (SMEEF 2.0) amounting to RM11.78 million from the Hulu Langat area.
The event started with a speech from Encik Rizal Nainy, CEO of SME Corp which was followed by a speech from Datuk Johan Abd Aziz, President of MPUKP Hulu Langat.
The event then proceeded with the handing over of a mock cheque by Encik Azizi Hj Mustafa, Head of MIDF’s Development Finance Division (DFD) and Encik Rizal Nainy to Datuk Johan, who accepted the cheque on behalf of the successful applicants of the SMEEF 2.0 from the Hulu Langat area.
MIDF panel lawyers were also present to facilitate signing of the SMEEF 2.0 offer letters and agreements by the recipients. Also present were representatives from DFD.
